Looked super promising with that egg yolk waiting to be burst but the wok hey in the Moonlight Hor Fun wasn’t strong enough! If there’s anything positive, I think they still nailed the creamy & silky texture of the hor fun. 😅🌕

Hidden gem of a ramen place tucked with East Village! This is the first time I actually felt mind blown by a Shio Ramen (more of a Tonkotsu person)! Char siew is 🔥, noodles springy with a chewy bite and the broth has a naunced saltiness that doesn’t overwhelm. This Westie is deffo returning! #SBQ1

SUPER JUICY pan-fried buns at Clementi 321! Packed with well-flavourful & QQ meat filling and brimming with stock like a xiao long bao, so must be careful not to spurt the broth onto our clothes.

Dropped by this chill gelato place After Hours at the newly moved ORTO! Loved the Churros Mochi Waffles - soft & chewy at the same time while punctuated with the mild sweetness of cinnamon sugar. Best gelatos to pair with would be the Dark Chocolate Sorbet & Triple Biscuit Crunch! #SBQ1

School’s cool if you have good food, just like how SMU has this hidden gem Japanese Curry Rice called KuroKare! Their curry roux is simmered with caramelized onions and spices for 36 HOURS, making it umami-packed with a slight sweetness. It pairs well with the protein options of your choice! #SBQ1

Really solid bowl of prawn noodles at the newly refurbished Tekka Market! Dry version with sambal and chilli padi hits the spot! Prawns are fresh and because I am lazy, I like it better when they butterfly it into half HAHA🦐🍜

This YTF stall at People’s Park Food Center opens for a few hours only and consistently brimming with a long queue! For $6 per bowl the ingredient portion is decently generous and variety is good! They don’t offer carb options like rice/noodle etc so you have to pair this with other food #SBQ1
