我的天職就是確保人民得到醫治，
何時變成了需要討好同事和上級？

TPM 不是以工作來評價而是以同事關係來評價？

高高再上的 senior 和有文憑學歷就可以欺壓瞧不起沒學歷卻身為一樣的底層醫療人員？

說好的公正公平在哪？
