D5 of 10laps a day for 30 days. 10laps is pretty easy now as compared to the first day. I’m doing half breast stroke and half freestyle. Maybe I should do all free or increase to 15 laps🤔

TJSG actually not bad. I tot the noodle is like our thick bee hoon but it is way chewy-ier. 2 person can share one of the $15++ Guoqiao Mixian. Will prolly come again.
